WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING GLAMPING AT EDEN?
We are looking forward to having you stay with us at Eden. To help you feel more organised for your stay with us we have looked at some FAQs.
Do I need to bring bedding?
If you are booked in either our Hobbit Huts or the Deluxe Pod, then your bedding will be provided. If you are in either of our Glamping Pods or the Glampervan then you will be required to bring bedding of your choice.
What facilities are there for cooking?
Each accommodation has a fire pit which you are able to BBQ from. Also, our communal kitchen has two gas cookers, two microwaves and a fridge/freezer. In the kitchen there are pots, pans, baking trays, cutlery, and crockery that you are able to use. We also have a BBQ Hut that is available for hire for larger groups.
What is the pre-auth?
PLEASE NOTE: You must bring a credit/debit card on arrival for a pre-authorisation. This is a £100 deposit that will be frozen on your card for the unlikely event of any damage or incidentals & will be be returned to you after your stay with us given there are no issues.
Is there a Hot tub at my pod?
No, our Hot Tub & Infra-red Sauna is situated at our communal lodge & is an outdoor experience. This is booked out in hourly slots. If you wish to book the Hot Tub then please do so in advance to secure your slot. There is a possibility that there will be slots available if you would like to book on arrival. The Hot Tub & Sauna is £15 per person per hour & a maximum number of 6.
How do I book a treatment at the salon?
These can be booked in advance via our Salon/Spa page. Click 'Book Now' & it is easy from there! If you require a hair booking then please contact the reception on 01236 735464. Our salon gets booked up fast so please get your appointments in if you wish for a relaxing experience with your stay at Eden.
Can I bring my own firewood?
No. Campsite wood & kindling can ONLY be purchased on site. This is £10 for one bag of logs & one bag of kindling. There is always plenty in stock if you wish for more during your stay with us.
What time can I check in/check out?
Our check-in time is between 2pm & 4.30pm & you must check out before 10am. On arrival our staff will show you around our communal area and tell you everything you need to know about your stay with us
What is there to do for kids?
Eden is a 'glamping' experience! Get creative! Bring marshmallows & chocolate biscuits to make smores over the campfire, maybe some games, some DVDs for bedtime. Go an adventure on our woodland walk & enjoy our small play park. Your kids will love it!
