GUEST INFORMATION
To make your planning as easy as possible, we’ve provided suggestions for accommodations, transportation and fun things to do while you’re in town. Read below to find some of our favorite spots. If you have any questions or need more information, feel free to get in touch and we’ll happily help out.
RECEPTION
Our reception is where you will arrive to check in & where you can go for any additional info or bookings. Please follow the signs as you enter Eden's grounds to reception where you will be able to temporarily park until shown to your accommodation. Reception will be open from 9am-5pm.
Check-in/out
Our check-in time is between 2pm & 4.30pm & you must check out before 10am. On arrival our staff will show you around our communal area and tell you everything you need to know about your stay with us. PLEASE NOTE: You must bring a credit/debit card on arrival for a pre-authorisation. This is an £100 deposit that will be frozen on your card for the unlikely event of any damage or incidentals & will be be returned to you after your stay with us given there is no issues.

If you require to book any additional booking please do not hesitate to visit us at reception.
Hot Tub/Sauna
Our Hot tub/Sauna is exclusive & can be booked in hour time slots for £15 per person with a minimum of two people. Be sure to make this booking in advance or check availability on arrival.

BBQ Hut
Our BBQ Hut is great for larger groups. If you would like to book with us it will be £75 for 3 hours & any charcoals required can be purchased from reception.

ACCOMMODATIONS
All of our accommodations are equipped with lighting & heaters, have a kettle, fridge, plug points & TV with DVD player. You can hire out a DVD for the night from reception or bring your own. Each accommodation also has a picnic bench area with a fire pit.
Bedding
Both the Hobbit Huts & the Deluxe Pod both have bedding provided. If you are staying in a Glamping Pod or in the Glampervan you are required to bring bedding.
Firewood
PLEASE NOTE: You must buy your firewood from us only, if not, there will be a charge to use the fire pit provided. Logs & Kindling is £10 and can be purchased when booking or when you arrive at reception. To light a fire you might require help, firelighters & matches can also be purchased at reception.

Pets
If you are bringing a pet you must book into one of our pet friendly pods & the additional cost is £10 per pet per night.
COMMUNAL AREA
Our communal area is open from 7am in the morning until 11pm at night. This space consists of ladies & gents showers blocks & bathrooms, shared kitchen and lounge area.

Shower/Toilet Blocks
In our toilet/shower blocks we have hand soaps/driers available however any additional soaps/shampoos or towels are not provided so if you require a shower please bring your own. Also, hairdryers & straighteners are not provided. Please note, there is both disabled & family shower rooms on either side of the lodge.
Kitchen/Lounge Area
Our kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a kettle, two gas cookers & a wash up area. Feel free to use our cutlery, pots, pans & crockery available in the kitchen space. Our lounge area can be used for dining and down-time throughout your stay with us.

Directions
We advise that you visit our 'Contact us' page before the big day to find out where we are & the appropriate route to take on your journey to us. On the day allow time to find us, to be assisted to a parking spot & to be seated before the given start time of the ceremony. Staying with us?
If you are staying with us we advise you arrive to Eden some time before the ceremony to allow time for check-in & moving luggage in. There will also be a parking spot beside your accommodation for one vehicle.

Extra Info
If the couple are hoping for an outdoor ceremony please prepare with warm jackets or shawls. Ladies we advise if you are wearing healed shoes that you purchase some plastic heal covers to avoid any grass stains or scratches.
